This starter programme is perfect if you simply have a specific habit, emotion or behaviour you want to change. Each session is customized to you! That single payment covers all three sessions, typically spread a week apart, and the additional tools and strategies that I'll share with you. There's a very strong framework in place, though every session starts with what you need and when you need it.
